NM Fungi grows a large variety of mushrooms that come and go within seasons. Only certains ones are listed and available in bulk (8oz/16oz). The way to get a chance of some of the varieties not offered in bulk is to order the Gourmet Medley – at least 3 kinds of organically-grown mushrooms, 1 lb.
