NM Fungi grows a large variety of mushrooms that come and go within seasons. Only certains ones are listed and available in bulk (8oz/16oz). The way to get a chance of some of the varieties not offered in bulk is to order the Gourmet Medley – at least 3 kinds of organically-grown mushrooms, 1 lb.

12 jars of 24oz of raw, unfiltered honey (includes at least 4 varieties) from local arid New Mexico – meaning honey is thick and luscious(no water in our air which shows in this thick thick honey!)! We are impressed with this very experienced (86 years old!) beekeeper (who is also our local apple grower too!)…
Cooks up in half the time of pinto beans and has such an amazing flavor nothing but a dash of salt is needed! Or you could add onions, garlic, tomato, green chile, your choice of meat to make a heart meal!
