We are impressed with this very experienced (86 years old!) beekeeper (who is also our apple grower too!) – his respect for bees and nature, his IMMENSE knowledge on honey (and everything), and his excitement to share his honey. He arranged special pricing for us and also showed me his 32oz jars hold 42-48oz of honey since New Mexico honey is so thick!
